"Moved to Jarrell, Tx in July 2021. Knew from having lived in Georgetown that we would need a water softener. Googled and called multiple companies but after finding Clear and Pure Water and talking to George Sr I knew I had found the right company to provide my water softener. Went with them not only because their quote was about half of the others I had gotten but also because of George Sr's friendly personality, low pressure sales and the time he spent educating me and making sure he was quoting the right system to meet my needs (no upselling). George Jr did my install and not only was he courteous and friendly but also very knowledgeable and had the system installation complete in less than 2 hours. Fast forward to August 2022, system working with no problems but wanted to have system checked and make sure everything was fine. Called and got hold of George Sr mid-morning on a Monday and told him what I needed and asked when he could get to it and he responded "how about this afternoon". Couldn't believe it. George Sr showed up shortly after lunch, ran the system through all the checks, added chemical for cleaning the system and was done in less than 30 minutes (even gave me a discount on the expensive chemical). You just can't beat that type of service (and done with a smile). Highly recommend this company."

"came on time, replaced old softener with new one. explained how to use. compared Britain, kinetic and oasis water softener brands. AWS was best value for the money"

"We needed a whole house water filter and softener system for our new construction home. We got multiple bids but were most impressed with both the people and the Kinetico system from American Water. Romaldo came out and tested our water and gave us a great explanation of the water state and options to improve. I was particularly impressed with the detail he went into, and the time he spent making sure we understood everything. We went ahead and they showed up one time, and we were delighted with the install work and the great quality of our water now. The install technician also spent time afterward answering all my questions about the system operation and maintenance. He was very patient as this was a totally new world of home maintenance for me. I would definitely recommend the Kinetico system from American Water -- check it out before you make a decision - and for us this was the right decision."

"They got the difficult tasks done in just about 3 hours. Great job, too! Thanks for getting my water pressure back to normal,"

"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"I had the best experience working with Crow's Plumbing for the purchase and installation of a water softener and filtration system for our home. Their office staff were so nice and helpful. Jacob was our plumber we worked with. In my first meeting with Jacob, he arrived at our home on time to inspect our plumbing system and listen to our needs and concerns about our water. As first-time homeowners my wife and I had many questions, and Jacob made sure all that all of our questions we had were answered while he was there. He took the time to walk us through the options that the he provides, carefully explaining to us the pros and cons of various treatment methods and helping us properly size the system that would serve us best based on our needs and budget. When we followed up with him days later with more questions, he was very prompt in following up with us and making sure we felt comfortable with the purchase we were considering, and that we were getting the best value. Jacob was also responsive to our installation needs, prioritizing our installation on short notice the same day we requested to accommodate our lack of availability during the week. The installation he performed was high quality, and again he took special care during install to teach us about the system. If you're looking for a quality professional plumber with outstanding service, go to Crow's and ask for Jacob. They made us feel like their #1 customers, and we couldn't be happier! Thank you Jacob!"

"Pipe Rite Plumbing did a great job job replacing my under sink cutoff valve and they also replaced my under sink water filtration system. They were courteous and began work on time. They reasonably priced at today’s standards and I would recommend them for a plumbing job."
