"We had a water leak from our water heater. Custom Plumbing of Arizona responded to our problem on the same day. Jesse G, operations field manager taught us how to do maintenance of the tank to prolong the life of the water tank (e.g. draining every 6 months and changing anod rod annually). Since our water heater was still on warranty, Jason helped us to exchange the water heater at Home Depot and gave us advice on which one to upgrade to. Jason also installed the new water heater. Because of the expedient service of the plumbing company, we had hot water on that day!!! We were very pleased with the service and would recommend this company to others."

"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy.
