He personally came to my home, arrived right on time, and tested my water and water pressure providing a thorough check up. Once my problems were diagnosed, we scheduled an installation appointment or the following week. On Installation day, Jack and Nick arrived right on time, surveyed the situation and and completed the installation in a timely manner. To my good fortune and relief, Jack and Nick diagnosed this additional issue. While technically the issue they discovered wasn’t necessarily an issue they needed to deal with, they were prepared to deal with it nonetheless. Without missing a beat, they replaced a broken water pressure regulator and in the process they “healed” every leak in my house. Since the installation, I’ve remained in communication with Brad and Jack. They’ve both been generous with their time. Brad, in particular, has followed up several times to see how things are working and to make himself available in case I have any further questions. In short, Pro Water Solutions is aptly named. They are professional and they solved my water problems, even problems that fell outside of the scope of their core business. The price was right and the customer service was out of this world.
