Even though it was going to be an incredibly minor job, I couldn't access the connection to the hose that needed to be replaced without damaging additional sheet rock, so we called the pro. Sure enough, he actually just cut out the damaged section of the house and put another connector on it. Took him all of 5 minutes. However, instead of charging the full rate, the pro gave us a discount in light of the job requirements and in consideration of the damage to our house. We certainly appreciate it!"
