He came on time and at my convenience for both the water testing and introduction to his water system product and for the actual installation. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He did not pressure me into buying his product but even suggested I check out other companies before deciding. He was courteous and considerate and after installation made sure everything was working properly. He made sure all my questions about the equipment were answered. "Just had my water softener and chlorinator annual service accomplished by Pure Touch. About 10 days later, I noticed a problem with the controller. Pure Touch has a 30 day no charge service call warranty. The controller suffered an internal failure. Pure Touch made 3 separate trips and stood by their warranty. For approximately 15 years, I have used Pure Touch. Besides being professional and knowledgeable, the main reason I am a loyal customer is they are honest, dependable and always go the extra mile."
