"This system is worth to have for the health and enjoyable soft water."

"I met Gert when we hired him to replace our Tankless water heater. I was so impressed with is knowledge and concern to make sure the installation was neat and clean. The piping is literally a work of art. We met with Gert and Sergio to discuss the next phase. They removed all the galvanized pipe and installed 3/4" copper with a true hot water recirculating line for Tankless recirculating pump. Before they started work, they came in and placed protective covers over the hardwood floors. Sergio and his team replaced all the cast iron drains with ABS. They even opened walls where needed to get to the old galvanized drains to the sinks. They pulled up toilets and replaced the old flanges with new ones. All that's left is the sewer line from the house to the street. We will be calling Gert and Sergio when reach that point. Gert, Sergio and the whole crew have something you do not see that often anymore. That's integrity and concern for their customer. Also very conscientious of keeping our home clean."

"AJ came out same day to help with me when I noticed the pipes on my water heater were corroded. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my problem right away and what he charged me was very reasonable. I would use him again for future plumbing needs."

"I had my water heater installed by Octavio, and everything was absolutely perfect! He was professional, on time, and made sure the job was done right. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and the quality was great. I’m extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work done."

"Needed to have filtered water going to my refrigerator. He did a great job?installed a filter under the sink, then ran a line through the back of the bottom cupboards around the kitchen to the refrigerator. ??????????"

"Never had such a great experience with any contractor. So grateful to Eugene, Artem, Nick, and Alex not only for the great work they did, but for the care and attention they put in for 3 straight months. My house is built kind of complicatedly and the water heater isn't located in the most accessible place, but they were able to make it work. Not only that, but Eugene found me a new tankless water heater that would also work with my radiant floors - not only saving cost, but space as well. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. They came back multiple times to make sure work was up to par - never half-assing anything. Really hoping I don't have any reason to need to reach out again soon, but if I do, I know who I'll be calling. Also, special shout out to Jeremy, Karen, and Kathy for their logistical help as well!"

"I never give a full 5 stars, They were Very good and professional."

"Before installation, I had a lot of questions and swinging among the products. The staff has been very patient. Installation crew, Anthoney, was on time. He is very professional and knowlegable. The install location he suggested save us thousand dolloars. He also cleaned up after himself. Treated water feels great. Puronics is a high quality product with excellent price. Highly recommanded."

"Had to replace old water heater that leaked and flooded my basement- the Fluid team was amazing and timely - were able to come quickly and stop the leak and basement drain and ultimately replaced my water heater- very professional staff - communicated well and very fair pricing - would call them again for any plumbing issues at my house!"

"Very well. The housemate using it likes it. It works well and is a great improvement over the old, leaking and very noisy one. Will definitely have more work done in the house, as needed."
