"I don't know about the value with a water treatment system but they seemed honest and did good install work. Is it worth the $, not sure. It wasn't cheap."

"This is probably the best and most responsive service provider I have ever dealt with in Charlottesville.  I have dealt with other plumping issues (leaking washer hookups; burned out hot water heater; septic pumping) and have gone with different providers for each.  Roto-rooter was by far the easiest to get a hold of and fastest to ever make it to my place (and it was after hours!).  We noticed water backing up from the basement floor drain and called the main office at ~6:00pm.  The office picked up right away and contacted a technician and he called me back within 10 mins to give me an ETA as he was stuck in traffic.  Even with the traffic he was at our place and looking at the problem by 6:45pm!  I was floored!  I've never had such fast service!
Buzz, the technician, was super helpful and personable.  He explained what he was going to do and his problem solving process and the different outcomes that were possible.  He also provided approximate cost estimates for the different scenarios that could be causing our problem.  It was very clear and informative, I feel much better prepared for the next time we have problems.
That first night Buzz attempted to find the clog with a camera (which my 5yo son got a total kick out of), but it made it all the way to the tank without finding it.  Which meant he was going to have to dig up the access hatch to look inside the tank.  Unfortunately, it was dark by then so he marked it off and had to come back the next day.  He felt so bad about not being able to fix the problem that night and was super apologetic.  He was just the friendliest guy.
Anyways, the next day Buzz dug up the hatch and pulled out a big old ball of roots that was blocking up the drain!  Fixed!  Maybe it was because he did such a great job explaining all the potential costs that when he rung up the final price we were delighted that it was so low!  Only 300 and change - we were really expecting about $600+ for the work he did.  I feel that Buzz gave us a really good deal - I think because he felt so bad about not being able to help us that first night.  :)  A+ for Buzz.

"We recently had the ClearWave Sovereign whole-home water system and RO system installed, and the experience was outstanding. After speaking with several water treatment companies, ClearWave stood out because they focused on education instead of scare tactics. Other companies performed in-home tests and then tried to sell systems that didn't even address what they found. ClearWave reviewed actual lab data, explained what was in our water, and recommended solutions based on our goals and budget. The virtual consultation was surprisingly informative, and the team was professional, responsive, and always on time. The difference in our water is incredible. The chlorine smell is gone, the hardness issues have disappeared, the water tastes noticeably better throughout the house, and even the ice tastes cleaner. We appreciate having better water at every tap, not just one faucet. Highly recommend ClearWave for their expertise, transparency, and exceptional customer service."

"I was clueless how to take care of our water treatment system. A real pro showed up and took care of everything; taught me what was required now and set up an appointment for a check-up next year. Very pleased and thankful am I!"

"I moved from another state and brought my water softener system with me. I contacted Stoner about installing it in my new home. We set up a date and time. The tech arrived right on time and did a very professional job of installing my water softener. In addition, I added a declorinator to my water system through Stoner."

"What a relief! Finally found an amazing plumber with so much knowledge of his profession. Thomas Harrelson is extremely detailed oriented and so thorough with the quality of his work. Our shower head was leaking and our previous contractor had abandoned us. The whole house water had to be shut on and off all day and Thomas showed up to the rescue late at night and resolved the problem immediately. Even though it was late at night, he didn t seem rushed at all. After fixing the issue, he even gave us a quick info session on how the plumbing works in our house and which knobs to adjust for pressure etc. We ve been through many contractors in the past few months and what a relief to finally run into a plumber who is genuine and honest about his work. He is also very reasonable with his price and will not trap you into some unnecessary repair that will cost you a fortune like our previous contractors have. I highly recommend this company!"
