Simply put, Christian with CW Plumbing is a top notch, qualified, experienced, professional, and reasonable plumber. My water heater started leaking over the weekend so I called a large regional company for an emergency service call over the weekend. The tech looked at my water heater, said it needed to be replaced and wrote up four unreasonable quotes and asked which one I wanted to select. I got CW Plumbing information from a family member, called Christian on a Sunday afternoon and he diagnosed the issue and provided recommendations. He took the approach of talking through what my needs were for the repair by discussing benefits and costs of each repair option and talked me into the best value option for my situation. "Companies that sell water softeners are few in this city. It's actually between buying a unit, then having a plumber do the installation or hiring a company who do everything. We went with Futuramic because their product was in the house when we moved in. The sales presentation was thorough, and the salesman was prompt. The installation went fairly well. My constant concern for contractors is that they leave the work area as clean as they found it. I would have liked to have seen a better job. Some cleaning after is expected. We've experienced worse. The softener we bought works as well as expected."
