"Companies that sell water softeners are few in this city. It's actually between buying a unit, then having a plumber do the installation or hiring a company who do everything. We went with Futuramic because their product was in the house when we moved in. The sales presentation was thorough, and the salesman was prompt. The installation went fairly well. My constant concern for contractors is that they leave the work area as clean as they found it. I would have liked to have seen a better job. Some cleaning after is expected. We've experienced worse. The softener we bought works as well as expected."
