"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

Did a quick inspection and even though my hot water heater is 13 years old he said it’s in good working condition and advised of the pros/cons of having it flushed now. "Arrived when promised.  Same installation team that replaced my water softener, so they were familiar with my configuration and I was familiar with their work.  They removed the old water filter and installed a new one.  This required some new water lines.  They installed a shut-off valve on the supply side of the filter, recognizing that I had no such shut-off valve and could only shut off the water by shutting off the electricity to the pump at the circuit breaker.  This was a very thoughtful and much appreciated action on their part.  It is evident that they take pride in their work, which instills confidence.
