"We were given a complete picture of our basement issues and we relieved that we don't immediately have to do remediation but could deal with the moisture and mold spores by purchasing a more powerful dehumidifier and unit to deal with the spores although we will have to deal with where the water is coming in during heavy rain."

"Had a client in a multi family situation who needed a tremendous amount of existing cast iron replaced in one day. Matthew was hired to remove and replace with new pvc. "Justin was very professional and courteous. Very down to earth too! I was without well water and he showed up an hour after I called. He fixed it my problem very fast and his repair was very reasonable. He also reset my water softener system too. I highly recommend Justin to anyone looking for well service or water treatment."

"I didn't actually need DrainWorks to do work in my house. I had some standing water in my basement drain and I wanted a pro to look at it and make sure it was ok. Justin from DW assured me it was normal, likely a result of elevevated ground water due to recent storms. I also asked him about installing a back up sump pump and he made a different recommendation that made a lot more sense. He was knowledgable and friendly and gave great advice - well worth the $69 consult fee for his expertise and the peace of mind it provided me."
