Joe called very quickly after I left a message (on a Sunday!) and went through a lot of possible things to check in order to try to save my paying for a service call (much appreciated). Ended up scheduling an appointment for 8 a.m. the next morning. He was here on the dot and quickly diagnosed the problem. Fixed not only that, but helped my husband get other things restarted as well (water filter and hot water heater) before he left. "Kyle and John from In Town Plumbing were great in their install of my RO filter system. Kyle, the lead on the job, was a good communicator and patiently answered all of my questions. They worked efficiently together and I could tell Kyle knew what he was doing, and they finished the job in no time. I took off one star (would have just taken off 1/2 star but that's not possible on Angi) because they were planning to install the drain line *after* the P-trap, instead of before it, which is just not the best practice. Fortunately I had researched this beforehand and read the RO system's manual (and they were happy to fulfill my request). Otherwise I was super pleased with In Town's work, and with their courtesy (on the phone and in-person), along with their very reasonable pricing. I'd definitely recommend In Town to others!"

"EMERGENCY Sunday August heat am call! Mr Evan Garrity answered himself and was quick to respond with another employee within an hour. They found the problem with our well pump and quickly got right to work. They project was completed faster then I expected and we were able to get all of our farm animals watered quickly !
