"Vincent and Simply Pur got back to me quickly and set up an appointment to repair my system. Other companies were telling me I needed to replaces most of the system at a cost of over $500 plus labor. Vincent quickly identified the issue over the phone and repairs (parts and labor) were just over $200. Would highly recommend Vincent and Simply Pur. Honest and reliable. 6 STARS!"

"If you have a water softener or filtration project, I highly recommend Orbit Energy Power. I had a very favorable experience with the company . Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbits equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. Once everything was done and cleaned up, he went through the operation with me, explaining how everything worked and what things to keep an eye on. Very good experience. I will definitely use them again ."
