He did all of this without complaint, even though the heater weighed over 300 pounds. He muscled it across my yard, through 4 foot tall grass and weeds, to install it behind my house. Really nice guy, was courteous and respectful. Turns out the heater was leaking from the shell itself and needed to be replaced. He was able to drain and remove the old heater safely and install the new one in under 1 hour. Amazing job, he even explained to me what to look for in various service situations. 10/10 would recommend."
