While fixing it, he discovered the supply pipe from the water company had also begun to leak, and took the time to contact their repair dept, to give them a heads up on their leak, so they could repair it before it got worse. Needed plumbing rerouting of pipes and take care of wear and tear pipes. Hired a plumber and did not do a good job and made things worst, so was rushing to find a more dependable plumber (when you try to save money ,you land up paying more) so, you truly get what you pay for. Joshua P. came to correct the situation and even corrected the problems. He also was able to do what the renovations guys recommended. "I had a 15 year old water heater that started leaking from the bottom. It was a small leak but it needed to be fixed. Tanner came out and ran some tests on the heater. Really nice guy, was courteous and respectful. Turns out the heater was leaking from the shell itself and needed to be replaced. He was able to drain and remove the old heater safely and install the new one in under 1 hour. Amazing job, he even explained to me what to look for in various service situations. 10/10 would recommend."
