"Mike and his team were very responsive from my first contact with Karsare Water Systems. I had a water softener system that developed a problem. Mike came to my home to access my situation and to troubleshoot for possible causes. Mike was very proactive in attempting to determine if repair or replacement was best option and most cost effective. After considering 3 options provided by Mike, I elected to have my older unit replaced with a more efficient Kinetico water softener. Due to manufacturing delays caused by COVID, new unit delivery was delayed a few weeks. This was NOT the fault of Karsare. Upon receipt of new units in their inventory, company immediately contacted me to schedule install appointment. Technician arrived on time as scheduled and immediately went to work replacing my older water softener. Technician worked quickly and had new unit up and running in about 2 hours. Cleaned up area around his work space. Great experience from beginning to the end. Kinetico water systems are not the cheapest in the industry but provide a high quality water softener system for homeowners like me. Karsare is a very professional, knowledgeable, and customer focused company."

"Joshua and team were so pleasant to work for. Where do I even start. From consultation to finished projects, Josh was very communicative and knowledgeable. "The attic unit of my HVAC system was 22 years old. It finally failed about 5 days before I was having a large family get together. I contacted Fayette Heating and air because they advertised worked weekends at same charge. Initially I was annoyed I needed to join the Comfey Club to get priority service, but I have ended up being very pleased with the club program and have even renewed it for another year. All of the repair people I have dealt with have been personable and professional. I saw a review on the pricing that indicated higher than average. I estimate home repairs in my job and confirmed the pricing was within the market price for the area. I feel it can be done cheaper, but the service and quality of people in my home are important to me. As part of the club, I recently had a plumbing review. With my home being 22 years old, I know I am getting close or beyond the life expectancy of many plumbing parts. They gave me an extremely detailed description of what they can do to update some items, exact pricing , etc. It wasn’t a scare tactic approach, but things I assumed would need to be done and as a person who travels for my job, I do worry about leaks occurring while I am out of town."
