I took off one star (would have just taken off 1/2 star but that's not possible on Angi) because they were planning to install the drain line *after* the P-trap, instead of before it, which is just not the best practice. Fortunately I had researched this beforehand and read the RO system's manual (and they were happy to fulfill my request). Otherwise I was super pleased with In Town's work, and with their courtesy (on the phone and in-person), along with their very reasonable pricing. I'd definitely recommend In Town to others!"
