"There were some minor problems with the installations - a leaking faucet (brand new faucet installed by Magic), and another brand new faucet that had the cold side quit working a day after they installed new feeder lines. However, in each case, Magic quickly sent a plumber out to fix the issues. Overall, they installed 3 new faucets, two new toilets, and four new sinks. We'll have them out again to put in a water line for our new refrigerator/freezer's ice maker, as soon as the appliance arrives."

"I love my new water treatment systems!! The softened water has made such an awesome improvement for my skin and hair conditions! No more dryness and itching!! And my drinking water tastes so good that I drink water instead of juices or sodas! My water guy, Tim McKay, was also very polite and professional !!! Everything was worth every penny!!!!! ð ð"

"Rapid response, helpful explanations, great advice for the future, solved my water heater problem so fast that we had time to chat about our dogs."

"Very professional, we're great at communication with all aspects of the repair and placement of a water heater and water softener and also suggested repairs of other items needed. I would highly recommend them to any one needing someone you can trust and count on."

"Customer service was top notch, the work was done above and beyond, and perfect' Call Lee 1st!"

"Joshua Anderegg was very very thorough and willing to bring me to the unit and have me see what was happening with my system. He had pictures and did a wonderful job explaining what was happening and what all the options were without being pushy. Very positive experience!"

"We have only had the system installed for one day, so far so great. Will let you know after a year of operation."

"We called several local companies that offered water purification systems and Mike really came through as the most attentive and thoughtful, not to mention he had the best price. We had done research about lots of different system options and in weighing the pros and cons we had had about a million questions and Mike patiently and thoroughly answered each one and made us feel confident in the systems we chose. Mike is clearly experienced and knowledgable in his field and he clearly wants his customers to have quality service and products -- he definitely goes the extra mile! We are super happy with our systems (whole house filtration and RO) and would definitely recommend Mike and Allegiance Water!"

"Service tech I was referred to is a lifesaver! Keith came out on a Sunday to consult on a major plumbing repair (tree roots destroyed part of the main line of the home I moved into a month ago). He was knowledgable, diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a good idea of what the next steps would be given various circumstances. When it came time to work on the line, he did the repair himself (in the snow!). The day after the major repair was finished, an old fitting on my washing machine hook-up broke off, resulting in a huge flood. Keith helped us shut off the water over the phone, then explained how to do the repair ourselves (no charge). I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber in Boise. He was even nice to my dog."
