Although Will, our installation guy, had gotten delayed everything turned out well. From the time Will arrived, he was very professional, neat as he kept cleaning up any mess made and took time to answer any/all questions which we both had. We had another competitor, started with a C, while in East TN and loved the system with not too many issues. However, upon doing research here and having a water bill, the fact that Kinetico uses the force of the water for regeneration and to clean only made sense; plus the fact that it uses very little water, purified water as well in order to clean - this was important to us.
