It was an expensive service call to have an outlet replaced (hence 4 stars), but part of the value came with the safety inspection, which highlights areas of your electrical system that could be improved for safety, and the fact that it took a professional to diagnose and fix it so I get why it's so expensive. Nick was highly professional, very personable, and someone I'd be happy to have back in the future. Customer service was good and they were very prompt as well."
