I met with Pedro in person 3 times to discuss all the details. He was patient and understanding of my needs.

His crew always cleans up everyday and tries the best to make sure all areas are covered for protection.

Pedro will be in constant contact with me with updates on the project which I appreciate because I don't like no contact for several days.

Sometimes his workers work on the weekends and late at night too.

It was a 3 week estimate but end up 4 weeks to finished due to unforeseen plumbing issues.

The quality of the work is certainly acceptable but not perfect (but who is?). I would reconsider to hire Pedro in the future.

"The job was fairly straightforward and I had already procured the sink and most of the additional supplies but the job required some replumbing of both the water supply and drain. The master plumber worked efficiently and professionally and the job was completed in a few hours. The cost was determined from a standard table in a notebook but does not take into account the complexity of the job or whether materials are supplied by owner. Since I supplied most of the materials (plumber supplied valves and pipe and drain fittings) the price seemed rather high for around 3 hours work. However, I've had no professional plumbing work done recently and thus have nothing to compare it to. The plumber was very pleasant and professional and the work of high quality. I have no other complaints."
