The plumber had cut away about half of a girder under a load bearing wall during construction. Needless to say Dustin and Robert developed a solution, implemented it, and literally saved our house from a catastrophic failure. These three men are an exceptional team. Their customer service skills are absolutely beyond reproach! According, they have my highest recommendation for any foundation, waterproofing or house leveling issues anyone may have!!! "I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"

"After trying to get several other companies to answer phone calls and schedule an appointment, the dispatcher was very friendly and quickly took down my information and told me that I would receive a phone call soon, up to 30 minutes before the plumber would arrive at my house. about 2 hours later I received a phone call from the plumber who said they were about 10 minutes from my house. I met them at the house where the plumber quickly determined the problem was a hair clog and he unclogged two shower drains in about 45 minutes. He cleaned up after himself and made sure that the drains were running clear. While trying to open one of the drains the cover was broken, he tried to replace it, but determined that the age of the fixture was too old for what he had on had. He told me he would have to special order a new drain cover. He recommended that I instead visit a home improvement store where i could purchase a generic cover for $1-$2, a much cheaper alternative.

"Initial quote was great, but it took 7 return trips to get the job completed. The biggest issue was the man quoting it and the people doing the work don't seem to communicate. I had to keep calling them back and asking them to complete the job. They did not communicate well as to when they would do the work. Twice I took a day off work with the understanding they would finish the job. Once they showed up and did 20 min of work and said they had to go to the shop and would be back the next day. The other I called and asked where they were and they said they couldn't make it and would be out the next day. In the end, the work is good, but you have to stay on top of them to get the work completed."

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."
