"Exceptionally well. Brandon is outstanding. He worked with me on two plumbing g issues in a property I own in Chestnut Hill. My tenants were just moving in. He was great. Highly recommend him."

"Found this plumber through Angie's List. Wayne responded quickly, came out to give a quote, and followed up with said quote. We hired him to do the work, and he completed the job to our satisfaction. Pros: *Excellent communication. Wayne responds quickly through your preferred method: call, text, or email. *Workmanship. The quality of the work is #1 - he did it right and took great care to make sure the work would last. He gave us tips and answered questions. *Knowledgable. Wayne's knowledge of plumbing goes above and beyond what details you would expect a plumber to know! I wanted to keep asking him questions because he was so interesting to talk to! *Professionalism and courteousness. Wayne calmly removed our old faucet. He and his partner covered the floor for protection from the work, wore booties, and cleaned up! *Reliable. He was there when he said he would be. Cons: None."

"From the second I called Zoom Drain they were the most professional, prompt and thorough company. We had our main line sewer break, they were out first thing in the morning for a quote. The following day we called them back (they gave us the BEST quote by far) to have them come do the work and though they had a busy schedule they fit us in the very next morning! The job ended up being quite more extensive than originally thought however they worked EXTREMELY hard for 2 solid days to fix our problem. They left our home well after dark in the bitter cold better than they found it by far. I could not recommend them higher! Start to finish if we ever had another plumbing issue I would call no one else. They made an extremely stressful situation into something manageable. Thank You Zoom Drain!!!!"

"Josh was the plumber who arrived promptly at our scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable and skilled in his area of profession. Not to mention his professionalism the whole time working at my residence. I would definitely hire Josh again for my plumbing issues. Thanks again."

"Zoom provided a comprehensive consultation in a timely manner and an accurate estimate including discounts we were eligible for, as they had done work for us in the past year. They showed up on time and completed the work on schedule and we're very neat and tidy. Will definitely use them again for future plumbing issues."

"Fernando and William did a fantastic plumbing job at our home. They replaced all the valves and completely fixed our basement sink using the latest plumbing equipment. Everything was left spotless and clean when they finished. Their communication was excellent and super easy from start to finish. They arrived right on time, and the price was very fair and reasonable. Highly recommend these two professionals — they’re reliable, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t be happier with the results! — A very satisfied customer"
