"I would absolutely recommend Collins Plumbing. They installed 2 toilets in 3 hours. They were professional and efficient and the charge was very reasonable. I will definitely be using their services again."

"I had a water heater that needed immediate replacing. Jensen Plumbing came out the same day I called, plumber was very professional, he was updating me the entire repair, it was quickly done and he gave me some pointers in case there are any issues in the future. I Highly recommend Jensen Plumbing"

"We have had a problem with our main building drain line clogging once a year, every year, since we purchased our home 14 years ago. We had it cleared around Thanksgiving of 2022 and it was again blocked only 2 months later. Fed up, I wanted to understand what the exact problem was, and proceed with fixing it. Tim and I spoke at length and therein I explained the history behind the issue (including experience from rodding the line myself on previous occasions). Tim explained what he thought the problem might be, based on his experience, and discussed various options including firm costs (not the "well, it will cost somewhere between $5 and $50,000" BS). We talked for about 30 minutes whereas conversations with other plumbers usually lasted all of 3 minutes wherein they explained how much it would cost, how they expected to be paid, and when they could come out. Tim showed up promptly at the agreed-upon time with Pedro and the two of them went to work. Without going into details, those two spent approximately 4.5 hours working my issue during which time they mechanically rodded the line 5-6 times, ran a camera into the pipe following each rodding, and then hydro-jetted it twice (might have been three times and they inspected the line using the camera after each hydro-jetting as well). I paid extra for the hyrdo-jet but I knew that they would probably need to resort to this following our phone call and again, I understood going into it exactly what the cost would be. These guys really busted their tails (other plumbers were typically in and out in an hour or less) and from what I could actually see via the camera, Tim and Pedro appeared to fix the problem once and for all. I spent a lot of time with them (as an engineer, I am curious by nature) and I felt like there were times when they could have said "Yeah, good enough" but they would talk and say "yeah, we should really do [this] again." In summary, Tim and Pedro were very professional, VERY hard-working, and extremely thorough, and I received a service that I feel was far in excess of that provided by anyone previously. Tim is the only person that I will call in the future should I need this service again (but I doubt it!). Finally, there were not surprise or escalated costs. Fantastic experience! Thanks Tim and Pedro!"

"The tank for the well pump inside the house ruptured. They came out, and assesed the problem, and replaced the tank same day with a new one, as well as replaced some minor plumbing around the tank. he then flushed and cleaned all the plumbing throughout the house to make sure all of the black material from inside the tank had been flushed through the syste, The only problem I had with the project is the installer did not fully clean up after the project resulting in water that had leaked during the installation on the basement floor. Since it had gone through the pump prior to leaking there water was black from the inside of the tank and very difficult to clean."

"I loved the service I experienced. The plumber was not only fast and friendly, he was very Knowledgeable. He assessed my plumbing issue asked me a couple of questions the next thing I heard was the beautiful sound of flowing water THANKS DR ROOTER 911 U did a awesome job I highly recommend this service they also offer fair pricing and we all know a piece of mind is #PRICELESS"

"Kitchen remodel. Matt was very responsive and easy to work with. He was very organized and was able to complete the job in 2 weeks. The issues we had were from the people he brought in. Electrical - did not clean up wood shavings from where he drilled in basement, and I had to fix electrical outlet that was improperly installed. Am now having issue with another outlet being tripped that never had that issue before. Plumbing - left the water running in the utility tub in the basement. Since I do not go in the basement often I did not catch it until the next day. Behind the stove were a bunch of wood shavings and parts. Overall we are very pleased with the final product."

"They arrived early after a phone call to us. They completed the drain cleaning and also repaired a broken pipe in the bathroom. Mike did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services."

"Joel contacted me late at night on a Sunday when I wasn't expecting to talk to a plumber until the next day. His plumber was there early the next morning and was done by lunch. Jim (the plumber) was friendly and able to help with some of the other plumbing gremlins not related to the water heater. Overall great experience."
