"Very professional people working for this business... from the salesperson who came to explain the whole process to the installer. The installer was extremely neat and arrived on time which I appreciated. I hate when workers arrive late to the job and you're stuck waiting. He did an awesome job, too! No mess to clean up after him, either, which was nice. Very happy with the product, so far. The only reason I'm giving it a slightly lower mark for the value is because it is a bit costly. However, since the bathtub to shower conversion is for an older relative, it's worth the money, Very glad I hired BathPlanet."

"Services: Unclog drain, Repair toilet, Repair pipe. // Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness // Haines was recommended to me saying they were good at their job. I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

"Bathworks did a great job installing our new soaker tub and shower. We love that the crew asked us on our preferred placement of fixtures throughout the process and they were in and out within one day! The customer support team is there in case of any issues, although we did not have any. We love our upgraded tub and use it all the time! Would highly recommend Bathworks."

"We are pleased with our bath remodel that included a new tub, tub surround and wainscot walls. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."

"I tried everything I could think of to keep out the 14" of water I would get in my basement, then I hired another company (shall remain nameless) just to have their system ripped up in 2 and a half short years because they would not honor their warranty. As a last ditch effort before bulldozing my home or filling my basement in with stone and making it a crawl space, I called EverDry of Michiana and to my surprise, the price was very reasonable compared to other companies. I live in an area with a very high water table and keeping water out is a major issue. The install was almost effortless on my part. I had some issues later and was very pleased that EverDry honored their promise to come back out and do what needed to be done (like adding more finger drains) to keep the water table below my floor. I would highly recommend them and gladly write my yearly check to keep my warrantee active. A+ in my gradebook. JLW Lake Village, IN"

"The tub was purchased by the Plumbing company I Hired to instal it"

"My crawl space had a strange smell, kind of like mildew only really strong. FSM came out and inspected the crawl space (on a Saturday) and gave a thorough explanation of what was causing the smell (mold, actually) and what needed to be done. They put me on their schedule and also on standby in case someone cancelled. The installation crew was great. They took about 4-5 hours to install the Vapor Loc Elite system in my crawl space. Before they got started they used a spray to kill all of the mold. There wasn't any bad smell from the spray or the vapor loc system they put in place. They even went above & beyond by taking pictures of some plumbing issues (2 water pipes and a sewer pipe that were in bad shape) they discovered that needed immediate attention that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. I would definitely recommend them. It was a bit expensive, but well worth it."

"Bath Fitters end product was fine...but had to comeback for a full second day to redo shower walls not installed quite right. No extra charge but took a day out of my life. I am pleased with the final result"
