"I had a water leak underneath my house. I was desperately needed someone to fix it. Every plumber I called were not available. I keep searching for someone. I called West Coast plumbing and the lady who answered the phone helped me. I got help right way. The gentleman who came to fix my broken water pipe was kind and very helpful and professional. Thank you Levi, you save my day. You are Awesome."

"A couple months ago we purchased a shower replacement from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle. Yesterday and today John M. and Joe D. installed our new shower. We have never had better professionals do anything in our house. The installation should have started a day earlier than it did, but the installer assigned to our job was ill. The dispatcher apologized and told me that they would be sending the "A-Team" the next day. That was an understatement (John has over 30 years in the trade) . Joe and John arrived EXACTLY the time they said they would. Before starting they explained exactly what they would be doing. They worked quickly, were very friendly and answered all question during the install. At the end of each day the work areas were cleaner than when they arrived. At the end they explained in detail, how the new shower worked. True professionals. You could tell that they really loved their jobs. We would hire them anytime. Thanks J & J! Steve and Ilene Hamilton, Bothell"

"The first thing that impressed me was right after demo, the electrician and plumber arrived to do their part, then it was back to construction. Even at the end, the plumber came to install plumbing hardware! They were very respectful to the property and cleaning up"

"Meredith Bowles helped me with my new walk in shower. She was very informative and polite! I would highly recommend her!"

"We are super happy with our tub/shower conversion to a walk-in shower. Everything about our transaction with Bath Planet was up to par from the excellent communication, to the installation by Robert (who is a perfectionist) and the high quality materials."

"Had Groundworks install a drainage system and sump pump in our home’s crawl space. Anthony and his crew, Jordon, Uriel, and James were Outstanding. It was a three day job. They were on time every day and worked their tails off each day. It was a muddy job in cramped quarters. They never complained. Anthony kept me updated on the progress they made each day. Anthony shared pictures of the job as it progressed. They cleaned up the job site each day. Anthony went over all the details at the completion of the job and answered all of my questions. The whole process was Great. From the initial inspection done by Kristy to the office staff and the installation. The communication was also Great. I highly recommend Groundworks for a complete and thorough job."

"The workers were good , except the toilet they installed was leaking and we have to call a plumber to fix it ."

"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"
