Sergio arrived right on time and completed the work quickly at a reasonable price. He gave a fixed price for the service (awesome to know what you're going to have to pay rather than constantly watch the clock or another pile of money to pay). Him and his crew showed up the next morning and they fixed the clog. He was articulate with the problem and gave me advice on avoiding it in the future. I needed a special 50 foot mechanized drain snake and he had it on the truck whereas some plumbers need to plan ahead. Very professional, nice and got the job done quickly. "Walter was easy and great to work with. We had a water leak in our first floor ceiling and we had 3 different plumbers come out to diagnose the cause and none of them could figure it out. Walter was the only one able to diagnose the problem. Turns out the pipe supplying cold water to the upstairs shower was leaking in the drywall. Unfortunately that drywall is between a shower and bath tub. So the shower had to be replaced in the process of getting to the leaking pipe. Even when we weren’t certain replacing the shower was the right move, Walter was patient with us and was not pushy. They replaced shower, fixed the leaking pipe and repaired the drywall of the first floor celing. The job was completed in a day and half."
