He sent me an appointment reminder, and showed up when he said he would. He assessed the situation quickly, and worked efficiently to replace my faucet. He took time to make sure everything was functioning properly, and cleaned the work area when he was satisfied the job was complete. His bill was what he had quoted. It was great to work with such a competent plumber who is also so customer service oriented. I will definitely contact him for my future plumbing needs."

"From the second I called Zoom Drain they were the most professional, prompt and thorough company. We had our main line sewer break, they were out first thing in the morning for a quote. The following day we called them back (they gave us the BEST quote by far) to have them come do the work and though they had a busy schedule they fit us in the very next morning! The job ended up being quite more extensive than originally thought however they worked EXTREMELY hard for 2 solid days to fix our problem. They left our home well after dark in the bitter cold better than they found it by far. I could not recommend them higher! "Overall, a great job. Installers were professional, courteous and hard working. Cleaned up, vacuumed. Installed by Jake M., Kevin, Zach P, and Bill. There was a plumbing issue and the installers immediately had Bill, master plumber, come out to fix it. Took 2 days instead of one due to the plumbing issue. My only complaint is that my salesman, Drew W. did not call me back when I reached out to him with a concern. Very happy with the finished project.
