"Still Services replaced my hot water tank. These people are amazing. Exceptional customer service. Quality of the work of the highest caliber. Matt and his team went above and beyond to ensure that I experienced maximum service with a minimum of inconvenience. I will call them for future plumbing needs and have already told several people about them."

"Both the plumber and electrician were friendly and knowledgeable. They came when they said they were coming and answered any questions that I had. Highly recommend them."

"Derek was very knowledgeable about plumbing done in the 60's He also offered a possible solution / referral to projects not within his field of expertise . His promptness and cleaning up afterwards was a bonus also !"

"The Plummer was upfront and able to diagnose the problem after previous Plummer had failed to do so. He was also very helpful in guiding us through next steps as we were not immediately financially prepared to fix the overall issue."

"Workmanship, timeliness and cleanliness were above average. I have no complaints about anything that was done. I only have one issue which was with communication. Two major aspects of the job were changed without my consent therefore I did not have input into changes I would have made as it was too late when I noticed these changes. They were understandable as they would do to zoning and or building code. But I would’ve had them done completely different. Had I had a choice. This was totally unintentional. I chalk it up to a learning experience on both ends. Other than that everything was exceptional."

"Service was done right and efficiently"

"It was very professional. They did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and quick."

"Easy and good service I will recommend this company to anyone who is interested in getting work done."

"Had three companies come out and Total was the only one that offered a full gut and remodel. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and seemed to really care. The crew was clean, respectful, and got it done in under five days. No complaints at all"

"Chris Reynard gave us everything we wanted in a representative from a home improvement company and we really love our new shower. Thanks."
