"When you have someone come out, you are depending on their honesty. I had 3 other services out prior to Springfield Plumbing. I received estimates between 4,500. - 7500. to replace the unit. It was a tankless water heater. We had just moved into the home and we couldn't get steady warm water to shower. Springfield Plumbing corrected the problem with adjustments and turning a dial and charged 135.00 for the service call. PS: The other services offered a free estimate so I went with them first. Springfield Plumbing charges for their initial service call. Obviously, it was well worth the money to pay for the service call and have an honest person come out as opposed to getting a free estimate for thousands of dollars for unnecessary work! Springfield Plumbing is my new plumber!"

"I had a leak in a water pipe in the mother-in law apartment. Tried to fix it myself to no avail. I called and left a message around 10pm. Mike called me back at 7am and told me that they could come out sometime 10 to noon. Shawn and his assistant did a great job at a good price! I will be using Gallagher's for all of my plumbing going forward. Thank you Mike"

"There were about 6 things and altogether it added up to about $800. Since then I haven't called him back. I would give him an "A" for the estimate. It's just that the most important item on there, he said I didn't need it, because it was a matter of turning the shower off, I mean the diverter off. That is not the case, I tested it several times and it does need something, I don't know what. Since I had gotten the tub refinished I didn't want to have water dripping in it. I can't seem to find a plumber that wants to do that particular small job. He's one of a couple that I asked and they all said, all you have to do is turn it a certain way, but that is not the case. I have sort of put it on hold. I liked them. I liked him and the assistant, Brendon Nagle and his assistant. They are very nice and I felt they could do most things. I have to call the guy that refinished the tub, because he suggested I get this part and no other plumber seems to agree; but I know it's the case. I do not want to ruin the tub. It causes rust around the drain, the water sitting. It's complicated. I would call Brendon Nagle again, but I have to research this particular project. I thought the price was fair, but it didn't seem like a bargain to me. Even though the quality is not applicable, I would give an "A" for knowing and being jolly. They were there the next day."

"Had gurgling from 2 bathroom sinks. Not knowing if this was a concern, I reached out to Angie's List for quotes from plumbers. The first one to respond was ValDel Plumbing. They were able to schedule me in for the next day. Our plumber, Steve, arrived and diagnosed the problem - partially clogged sinks. He corrected the problem per the quote. While working on the sinks, he noted that the drain pipes connected to the p-trap should be modified (he did this at no extra cost). After the job was completed, I had a question about my sump pump. He offered to look at it and gave some recommendations. Overall, I felt that the job was corrected to my satisfaction. The work done by Steve was both personable and professional. If I had future plumbing needs, I would strongly consider ValDel Plumbing."

"Lenny was very prompt, clean, friendly, speedy and very proficient. He was awesome. He went right to work and fixed our clogged up kitchen drain with a snake. In all the years we have been here, the kitchen sink has never run so good. I would most definitely call him again. All plumbers are expensive, but Mr. Rooter is reasonably priced and the work is excellent."

"From the second I called Zoom Drain they were the most professional, prompt and thorough company. We had our main line sewer break, they were out first thing in the morning for a quote. The following day we called them back (they gave us the BEST quote by far) to have them come do the work and though they had a busy schedule they fit us in the very next morning! The job ended up being quite more extensive than originally thought however they worked EXTREMELY hard for 2 solid days to fix our problem. They left our home well after dark in the bitter cold better than they found it by far. I could not recommend them higher! Start to finish if we ever had another plumbing issue I would call no one else. They made an extremely stressful situation into something manageable. Thank You Zoom Drain!!!!"
