"We feel very lucky to have found Francisco. He was incredibly helpful with our initial call and while quoting for us, personable, knowledgeable, and beyond patient with our many questions (even though it was all after hours). His price was the best one of the 4 that we had quote and yet there was nothing "budget" about the project or his service. A quality water heater and a job very well done. He has the years of experience needed to do great work. In addition, he has excellent communication (keeping us updated and informed) and is punctual and professional. Really, everything you hope for when seeking out a plumber or any contractor. We have zero complaints and only praise, very affordable, and have already shared his contact info with family members because we are just that enthusiastic. Sure, they may not need plumbing NOW, but they will some day. Two thumbs WAY up."

"The workers were courteous and kept me informed of each step and material used. I recommend this company for any and all plumbing and and repiping. The prices are quite reasonable"

"I had an outstanding experience with Plumbing & Rooter Service. From start to finish, their team was punctual, professional, and highly efficient. The quality of their work was exceptional, and it was clear that they take great pride in delivering top-tier service. Their pricing was very fair and reasonable, especially considering the speed and precision with which the job was completed. Everything was handled smoothly, and they exceeded all of my expectations. I highly recommend Plumbing & Rooter Service to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality plumbing services. I will certainly be using them again for any future projects."

"Kenneth did an excellent job with our multiple plumbing problems. Making an appointment with him was painless, and he and his co-worker Justin showed up on time and were courteous, efficient and professional. While I hope to never need their services again, if I do need a plumber again (new water heater, leaky faucet, whatever!) I will definitely contact Kenneth Asire."

"I recommend In & Out because they installed a new water heater the same day I called them -- this is key, of course; nobody wants to be without hot water for any length of time. However, the price was a gouge. The fact that many plumbers are charging ridiculously high prices for their services and especially water heaters smacks of price fixing and collusion. The plumbers were polite and seem to have done a good job as there have been no leaks or failures so far (10 days)."

"Mr. Leo & Javier did a " Wonderful" Job on the Repair. Without them, I wouldn't know where to Began. I just Love the Thought and the Feeling of " Warm Water Again." I'm Very Appreciative to Leo & Javier. I will Allways Call Recommend them to my Friends& Neighbors."
