"Tim was very responsive, courteous, and effective. They did the job quickly. Had permits and inspection done fast. Cleaned up everything and made sure we were happy with it all before he left. We have him a memory stick and he gave us a copy of the video of the inside of all the plumbing done. I also got emails for the invoices and receipts right away. I would definitely hire them again. They were a priced a little bit more than other quotes (but not ridiculous like the big plumbing guys in town!) but they were worth it. Further, I had one minor issue which they followed up on until the work was done.  I am quite pleased to see a company stand behind their work product and provide continuing customer service in a positive way.  I will also note the plumbers were very meticulous about leaving a clean worksite--they even went back into the hot attic to remove debris and trash left by some other contractors.  When removing the old water heater, Texas Quality Plumbing came with a very large bag to ensure the old water heater didn't drip or leave carpet stains--this is something I really appreciate as past plumbers didn't provide such service.  In terms of price, I paid exactly what was quoted and nothing more.  Thank you Texas Quality Plumbing.
