We picked the subway tile with black grout and we got the subway tile with white grout. We checked back on the sales sheet and the mistake was there, so we have to own the mistake. However, we were talking to the rep about the black grout and he even made a comment about it as well. We made an assumption that everything was put in correctly and that’s on us. From the menu of ideal fixes we discussed, we chose what we could afford that would dry the crawl space out & keep it dry -- if more needs to be done in the future, we can always add other equipment & procedures.  They also recommended other ways to re-direct rainwater from migrating toward the house.
They were prompt, worked very quickly, & left the place looking spotless.  Installed a dehumidifer & explained how it works, as well as the remote device to keep an eye on its performance, which we have upstairs.  Extremely pleasant workmen.
