There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. "I had multiple bids last winter for my bathroom remodel project. A few contractors simply did not respond, while others responded with outrageously high bids -- code for "Your job is too small and I am too busy to spend time on it, etc.,etc." Jeff had great reviews on Angie's List, and his professionalism and response to my inquiry corroborated the reviews. Jeff was honest enough to tell me in late December that he would not be able to get to my job until May. His quote was in the ball park of what I had estimated it would cost, having done extensive research on bathroom renovations and a good working knowledge of materials costs. Jeff was quick to answer any questions I had, and this continued throughout the project. Jeff started on time and finished in time so that the bathroom was done prior to the arrival of previously scheduled guests in early June which was my goal. His carpenter and tile setter, Pat, did quality work and was very diligent about getting things done thoroughly. The same was true for the painting and plumbing sub- contractors. Jeff does not do glass so he suggested a glass shower door installer that he had personally used, and he did an outstanding job on the glass shower enclosure. Overall, the result was a great looking bathroom totally remodeled and updated. Jeff (as well as Pat, Mark, and Mike) were a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them."
