Shirley was also very polite and pleasant! Gary was our plumber today and he did a fantastic job for us. He arrived on time and completed his diagnosis of the issue. He explained his plan for repair of the issue and gave us the amount it would cost, which was very reasonable. He went right to work and finished in a timely manner. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work! We will use Keep Smiling Plumbing again if necessary and hopefully will have Gary as our plumber. Sincerely, Greg B."

He was a great communicator and, above all, honest about what he could fix and what would have to be a more involved job. "I had a water leak in my front yard & after researching the highest rated Plumbers, I found Rooter Pro Plumbing of Georgia. They had great ratings on Trust Dale Caldwell, Angi's List, & Google. I scheduled a visit with them & Jerimey Jackson came by & did a leak detection. It was determined that I had multiple leads in my water line and he gave me all of my options & pricing. He is an expert on everything to do with plumbing & a great guy too. My water heater is 23 years old, so I decided to replace that as well. Jerimey led the work crew the next day in replacing my water line & water heater replacement. All the work was complete that day & the results are very good! I am very pleased with Rooter Pro Plumbing and the work they performed & the people I dealt with. Even the people in the office were great! "I am leaving a review before the work is even started. I received a quote from another company and scheduled the work. When they showed up, they tried to triple the cost. I told them to get out of my house. I then called Rooter Pro Plumbing to come out and give me a quote. Jerimey Jackson came out and looked over the situation and then put me on a conference call with the owner. They agreed to match the quote I received from the other company even though it was seriously underbid. They are a great company to work with. They are scheduled to come out this week to start the project. I would highly recommend a company with such integrity in the employees and the owner. I look forward to working with them."

"The plumbers from Mello Plumbing Inc. Company came out and took a look at the situation. Their assessment was some what accurate; however it was not the best resolution to the problem. The solution that they offered was going to benefit them tremendously financially, however it wasn't the best way to solve the problem for us. They have their reasons for suggesting what they chose as a solution but we knew that there was a cheaper and better way to do it. We already knew that; we were just testing them. I'm not impressed with them. I feel like we were being taken advantage of because they assumed that we knew nothing about the work. I think that was part of the problem. The real solution to the problem was simple but they wanted to replace the whole system so that they could profit on it. They did respond to my request and sent someone out to take a look at the problem. That was a good thing. However, they were not interested in providing a cost effective solution. I would not consider using them in the future."

"Acting as our company's project manager, my husband and I do most of the projects in our rental homes. However, replacing the tub with a shower wasn't something we wanted to tackle in our two-story condo. The unit is three stories up with a spiral staircase between the lower and upper floors. A total of four levels! Moving the 50-year-old tub from the condo's upper floor prevented us from hiring most acrylic step-in shower companies. A contractor suggested we use a fiberglass shower but I was looking for a more high-end look. I was thrilled when Jacuzzi agreed to take on the job and even happier with the price. Although several thousand more than a fiberglass shower and tile, I felt the price was worth the value, especially with the lifetime warranty. Mike and Erik were the installers and began the day's installation at 8:00 AM. They worked efficiently and effectively getting along well. The installation was clean and extremely well done. The materials were top quality and the work was highly skilled. I am very pleased with my Jacuzzi step-in shower and plan to use them for future bath renovations."
