"Talk about above and beyond. Dorian texted me immediately and FaceTimed to instruct how to shut off the gas and water line at 8 o’clock at night. He was at my door before 8 the next morning ready to work. He had the water heater replaced and the area cleaned up before I heard from another plumber. The work was excellent and he was the most cost effective. 10/10 would use again and recommend to anyone needing his services."

"Mike is now my go-to guy for all things plumbing! He's a master plumber: extremely knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. He was not only super fast with installing my new water heater, but took the time to help me identify which pipe does what for my whole plumbing system, and which was old, defunct plumbing. "Jim & Rob handled the service. When they realized that they were running late, they called early on to let me know. They were a completely in sink team. They were efficient, knowledgable and extremely courteous. My father had owned his own plumbing company post WWII, and was one of the first licensed plumbers in the state of Illinois; accordingly, I watched & had many plumbing questions regarding the install. "We needed a repair on the pipe from the house to the septic tank, but we didn't know it. Strange blubbing sounds in our basement bathroom and a then a clog that caused a back up in the laundry room were clues. Fernando investigated and able to figure out exactly what was happening and what to do to fix it. He was able to schedule the work when we would be out of the house so the water could be off for a couple days. He is a trustworthy and kind friend as well as our plumber. I would recommend him if you have a plumbing problem."
