"I called them on a Friday for a leak in my kitchen a minor fix in my bathroom.  I was pleased when they came out the next day.  The technician was in and out within an hour which made me happy and I felt that he had been able to pinpoint the kitchen leak since my husband and I weren't entirely sure where the problem was. 
Unfortunately, I was disappointed early the next week when I stepped in a puddle of water on my kitchen floor.  My husband called them and requested they return and fix the entire problem and stated he believed the leak was associated with our dishwasher plumbing, not just the sink area that they fixed.  They called me instead and left a message saying they don?t fix appliances and that we would have to call someone else.  My husband called them and informed them that it was not the appliance itself that he saw leaking, but the plumbing associated with it and that they really did need to come back out.  They finally agreed.  They told my husband they would come around 1pm the following day and did not show up until 2:30 which was frustrating since he took off of work to be present.  The ix took 20 minutes. 
 When I received a bill, it was 2.5 hours? worth of work (even though they spent less than 90 minutes total there).  It also did not contain our Angie?s List 5% discount, even though I stated I was a member prior to the first appointment.  Initially the accountant
did not want to issue credit for the 2nd visit because she believed I did not clearly enough explain the problem at the initial visit, but I corrected her misunderstanding.  The end result was a credit for the 2nd visit and the receiving of our Angie?s List discount.

"I wanted my oversized tub removed and to install a larger walk in shower . Luis and his team came and immediate began working on demolishing the bathroom. Everyday they cleaned up behind themselves and was patient with me to answer all of my questions and any concerns I had . They were very professional and pleasant to work with.
