Sure enough, Brian arrived about 10 minutes after 9, assessed the problem and gave me an estimate which was much less than I expected because of my previous experiences and certainly I gave him the go ahead. They quoted me a very reasonable rate (hundreds of dollars less than anywhere else I called), were very professional and prompt, and did an excellent job. "Both inspections were very thorough, professional, and the technicians were very informative. The only issue arose when came to billing with plumbing. Though I had thoroughly explained what I needed and wanted with the office staff, and was quoted a $79 fee I was presented with a $439 bill. When I contested this amount the tech showed me the amount listed on the card they are given for pricing. He then called his supervisor who agreed to the $79 fee. Positive in the end on that one. During the plumbing inspection the tech found an issue with one of the toilets. I inquired about the price for them to install. I was quoted $849. Needless to say, even though this included the supplies, I did not choose to use Ragsdale for this need. Finally, at least one of the staff in the office was neither interested or seemed to care that Ragsdale was listed with bad information on their listing on Angie's list. Nor did she seem interested in answering questions I had about services. If it were not for a subsequent call to Ragsdale and another office staff person I would not have found the awesome techs of Ragsdale. Seems to be a bit of disconnect between office staff and the techs in the field."

"Acting as our company's project manager, my husband and I do most of the projects in our rental homes. However, replacing the tub with a shower wasn't something we wanted to tackle in our two-story condo. The unit is three stories up with a spiral staircase between the lower and upper floors. A total of four levels! Moving the 50-year-old tub from the condo's upper floor prevented us from hiring most acrylic step-in shower companies. A contractor suggested we use a fiberglass shower but I was looking for a more high-end look. I was thrilled when Jacuzzi agreed to take on the job and even happier with the price. Although several thousand more than a fiberglass shower and tile, I felt the price was worth the value, especially with the lifetime warranty. Mike and Erik were the installers and began the day's installation at 8:00 AM. They worked efficiently and effectively getting along well. The installation was clean and extremely well done. The materials were top quality and the work was highly skilled. I am very pleased with my Jacuzzi step-in shower and plan to use them for future bath renovations."
