"The best work, communication, installation, and price. Mr. Mike and his crew are the best....this was my second time using them and they were just as consistent as the first. This was a hard one because my ac units outside were almost dummy units because they were not wired for power before the walls went up. "They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"I had two repair orders. The technician for the freezer repair came within a few days and was excellent. He came prepared with parts and conducted the installation in record time, cleaned the place and was very polite and courteous. The firm/technical for the second repair related to a plumbing problem could not come for 10 days because there were too many jobs before mine. This is the second time that CHOICE Home Warranty has disappointed me with a plumbing request which they should know cannot usually wait for 10 days. I had to cancel the request and pay an outsider to do the job. As I see it, CHOICE HOME WARRANTY is not well suited for plumbing-related requests."
