"I had been putting off replacing an original sliding door in our home for a long time. Since we never had a deck, we never had a need to use that door therefore no point in replacing it. This year we had a new deck built and decided it was finally time to replace that original sliding door. I was referred to Thompson Creek by friends and co-workers. They were great to work with. They did not pressure us to buy now. They presented their offer, came out to take measurements and came out when they promised to perform the installation. We couldn't be happier with our new door. "Very impressed with the entire process from getting quotes (no hard sales pitch, just a simple order form where you select exactly what you want with clear, up front prices), to measurements, install, and follow-up. All A's other than quality of product as a B because nearly every window was installed with black marks and vinyl sediment from the factory, as well as one window that had a large crack in the sash frame (they did replace it as soon as it was available from the factory). We had to spend a couple hours going around with a magic eraser and cleaning rags to scrub all the black scuff marks and sediment off the windows after the install. I would have hoped the installers would clean them after installing them. The window quality is certainly not a "premium" window, but they are very functional solid, and very well priced. They are also up front about these being a great value vs paying exorbitant amounts for some fancier features and finishes from other companies. Company representatives were very responsive to all of our questions from beginning to end, so A+ on that. Can't beat the price for the grade of windows and service experience. We received multiple quotes and have replaced windows at other properties, and wish we had known about this company before! We replaced 30+ year old Anderson double pain wood frame windows and the improvement in insulation both thermal and sound is incredible. Gone are the drafty windows and it is much quieter inside the house now as well. We were very impressed that they removed a series of smaller windows in our kitchen and replaced it with a single larger picture window for no additional charge above the cost of a normal picture window. It really improved the look and feel of our kitchen, not to mention a much better view of our yard (See attached pictures). The best part is we had a friend visit who had just replaced all the windows in their house with one of the "premium" window companies, they immediately noticed the new windows and were very impressed with how ours looked compared to theirs. They nearly cried when we told them how much we paid compared to what they paid. They wished they had gone the way we did instead of with the other guys."

"<p>Scheduled an appointment with Albert Hoffman, Senior Product Specialist, to come out and give me an estimate to replace 15 windows and a sliding glass door.  He's great...was punctual and very professional!!  The estimate he gave was by far the best I had received plus it included adjusting my storm door and wrapping my garage door.  I decided to move forward with Supreme and do the project in stages.  I started with the first floor and replaced the eight windows with energy-efficient triple pane Simonton 5500 windows.  Albert said I would receive a call within a week for someone to come and take measurements and that he would also follow-up with me after the install was completed.  Within that time frame I received a call from John and scheduled him to come and take the measurements.  He indicated it would take approximately 3-5 weeks for the windows.  In a little over three weeks I received a call that the windows were ready to be installed.  Due to the frigid cold weather, I scheduled the install for Friday, January 9th.  The crew: John, Bobby, Carlos, and Justin arrived around 8:15 am.  They set up and started removing the windows one at a time.  Carlos and Justin worked outside and John and Bobby worked inside.  They were very professional and cleaned up as they went along replacing each window.  They also wrapped my garage door and Justin adjusted my storm door.  The whole process went extremely well.  I couldn't have asked for a better crew...they were awesome!!  Albert did follow-up with me a few days later to see how everything went.  I am a very happy customer and can already feel the difference with my new windows!!  Highly recommend Albert and Supreme Window & Door!!     </p> <p>P.S. "Anthony is a great contractor to deal with. Prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. We followed his recommendation on the type of window film to install on our skylights. We can still enjoy the "view" from the skylights but the protection from the sun's heat and damaging rays is remarkable. The family room remains much cooler and we have saved on energy cost. We are going to have Anthony return to install more window film ASAP. <br />"
