"Wow. We continue to be blown away by the quality and service of Mr Rogers windows. We had our entry door and a sliding patio door installed several years ago and have been pleased with ongoing customer care - 8 years after entry door install, Mr Rogers replaced hardware and door sweep at no charge! So, when Hurricane Dorian pushed water in through 3 of our 20 year old vinyl windows, we called again. Our replacement of 12 windows was completed today by Craig Bechthold and Zachary Owens. Absolutely beautiful! Craig and Zach were prompt, courteous, and mindful of protecting our home. They were meticulous with the installation - real craftsmen. They rehung the brackets for our window shades, which is really going the extra mile. BTW, the technician who measured for the windows (Sean) agreed with my idea to combine 2 sets of windows in the kitchen (transom windows over the other windows) into a single window and it looks great. Makes the room appear taller and brighter. We love Mr Rogers - unbeatable quality and customer care. We’ve completed many projects on our house over 13 years and no one tops Mr Rogers for the smooth project execution."

"The salesperson was great, He gave me a fair estimate with no pressure. The installation went perfectly and the windows are easy to clean and look amazing. Two of the windows in my dining room were next to each other and were replaced with one picture window which is amazing. The installers were very professional and made no mess at all. I had to replace the upstairs previously and wish I had known about Super windows because the Super windows are easier to open and clean. Highly recommend!"

"My elderly mother needed the roof replaced on my deceased father’s detached workshop, but the first contractor we found through Angie’s List took her twenty-five-hundred-dollar deposit and never performed the work, blaming their failure on Covid before eventually going out of business (we never did get her money back). Obviously, we were very skittish during our second attempt to find an honest and trustworthy contractor with the necessary skills to properly tackle the job. On top of that, the damage to the roof had become severe with a gaping hole developing through the shingles and plywood. We got quotes from a couple different companies, and ASAP stood out, not because of their pricing (which was very competitive), but because as a father and son team, Jack and Chris were sensitive to my mom’s plight. First, in the initial site visit to work up the quote, Jack smelled a natural gas leak coming from the hot water heater as we walked through the utility room of the house. Not sure how long it had existed, as no one else noticed it, but I was able to verify the leak with soapy water and fixed it immediately after Jack left. Once we selected ASAP for the project, Chris offered to come out and patch the hole in the workshop’s roof until the materials arrived and the install could be scheduled. But aside from the speedy progress and quality installation, it was the respect and kindness with which they treated my mom that mattered the most. Never once were her questions or concerns during the job treated as a burden, and her small requests, clearly outside the project’s scope, were handled quickly and cheerfully. We were so impressed with ASAP, that after the roof work, we approved all new T-111 siding and windows for the workshop. When that was done, she signed off on the demolition of the old, dilapidated wooden privacy fence surrounding the backyard, and approved the installation of its replacement. Since that went so well, she decided to have ASAP replace the 30-year-old backyard deck too, and now we’re waiting for materials to come in so the guys can replace the front bay window. Finally, there’s a recently developed roof leak above the den that ASAP is investigating, and I’m certain that if roof work for the house is required, ASAP Construction will get it done."

"Mr. Hartman is the most honest contractor I have ever met! Thought our backdoor was leaking. He came and showed us that we had a drainage problem. He told me my back door would last another five years or he could replace it. But, he would not replace it until the drainage issue was repaired. That was Summer of 2019. Now, this summer, after extensive and expensive drainage problem was fixed...I called him to replace the back door. His team did a fantastic job! Great prices and outstanding workmanship."

"BLUF: We recommend this company for their professional services. TL;DR: The salesman ( Mike) was polite and professional in explaining options, price points, and the services available. The pricing is "all inclusive" meaning there are no hidden nor add-on charges. Additionally, he had the installer come by to validate what we could and could not achieve with the available space that was smaller than current industry standards for French doors. The interactions with the Operations Manager (Caleb) and the front office admin wunderkin (she'll kill me for not being able to spell her name but she is so nice) were also very responsive and met our unique need for phone communication times. The installers (Tom and John) were on time, polite, focused on their work, and clearly exhibited high skill with the install process. In addition to the doors they installed 4 windows too. My recommendation is you let them provide you an estimate and if it is within your budget you should have them perform the work as their customer service throughout all aspects was exceptional. And no, I'm not getting a kickback nor am I "related" to them. They earned this praise."
