We had him do a door before and he did such a great job on it and we got many compliments. He clearly told us the timeline for installation. When the windows came in we had to delay his work because floor installation we had on one room was taking longer than expected. He said no problem and we rescheduled install date. He came out and installed windows and did a great job. Windows look fantastic and everything was cleaned up after the job was complete. "I contacted numerous window companies to have my original windows (1979) replaced. Thompson Creek was not the least expensive but their product was better than most. Because they make their own windows it takes longer to have them installed (about 2 Months). When the install day came. The lead boss showed up early and taped plastic up all over the house to help with dust and dirt. She vacuumed when she was done and my house was probably cleaner after she left. I have not had any issues with the windows and my house seems warmer."
