We had a little hiccup while he was out with the flu (he forgot to call me to re-schedule), but when I did re-contact him, he fit me in right away to get the glass installed. Price was a little higher than I expected for what I thought was a small window, but it did have to be cut to a custom size. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service."
