The guy who came was good. The service was not cheap, considering he was there for about 15 minutes. He was personable and very knowledgeable. They are very willing to help me learn the ins and outs of my plumbing system and then to make some recommendations such as a fail safe for the sump pump or things of that nature. As a result I will be getting a new unit altogether that is covered by the home warranty that Choice has provided.
