"They did a fantastic job. The process truly is no-dig. They did it all through the cleanout. They installed the new sewer line. They explained every step of the process to me, and at the end, showed me the new line with the remote camera. Everything is sealed up. I had a pretty bad rat problem because the break in the old line allowed them to tunnel to the surface. The rats are gone, and the new sewer line is perfect. They also replaced my neighbor's line on the same day."

A huge effort that included closing the street and obtaining a large number of permits and inspections. Despite adverse weather and close quarters between structures the Vietzke crew met all challenges, the whole job flowing like a well led orchestra. Thanks to the experience of the crew led by Chris and the schedualing, oversight of Nathan project completion was 48 hours start to finish. My street and my yard show little effect afterward. "They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. We can now open the garage door from the inside of the house and now it is so smooth that we have to check to see if we hit the button to open it or close it.  Before we used to know when it was opening or closing because it used to make a noise. There was a $75 service charge to have them come out, but since there were no leaks or other obvious issues, the team was not able to do much. He explained the average life can range from 8 - 10 years (some may be shorter or longer) and recommended I replace the unit. We went over what would be replaced (tank, flexes, expansion tank, earthquake straps and mixing valve). The quote was a little higher than another company, but within range and they had the new tank ready to go in the truck. Installation took about 1.5 hours and turned out fine. They hauled the old tank away and cleaned up after they finished. The service fee is a bit gimmicky. It would be worthwhile to consider crediting it (or partially) towards work being performed. If no work is performed, then its fair to have a fee to cover the time spent. In my case, diagnosis was all of about 5 minutes. Overall, fantastic job and would hire again."
