So Patrick was flexible with these problems as well as the discovery of rot that needed to be dealt with. It just seemed to go on and on through no fault of Patrick and crew.; e.g. a new front door that took 6 mos to arrive! But Patrick came each and every day with his crew on time and was never a no show. Work was done and we contracted his people to paint our house It looks beautiful. He has been with us every step of the way and couldn't think more highly of him and his crew. They were friendly and polite and were pleasant to have around. Couldn't recommend him more highly for any project large or small."
