So they didn’t have the cartridge in their van, I was told it was not a standard cartridge and so Most of his time was spent calling around to see if a local parts place had it which they didn’t so it had to be ordered (true professionals would know the local suppliers inventory and not charge me time for their own lack of knowledge) and filling out paperwork for me to sign.
