"well, i got conflicting stories. there was a language barrier between the techs and myself. the techs said they could not complete the job; the service rep told me to ignore that. they told me they could not do the repair, i d need someone with scaffolding. yet they szy the gutters were cleaned. skeptical . water remains in the gutter."

"The sales rep Pierce was fantastic. He explained everything to us in layman's terms, walked us around to show us exactly what was going on in our attic with the calcium deposits, and what would be done differently to prevent that in the future. He was far from a "used car salesman" which is uncommon to find in this field which was highly appreciated. He never used any uncomfortable, high pressure sales tactics, and made us comfortable we were making a sound decision. The material delivery process was seamless as well, with the driver more than willing to explain to us exactly what they were doing and why. Alexis' roofing crew showed up right on time; they were proficient and completed the job in a timely fashion. Eddie's gutter crew was just as professional, getting the entire removal and installation done in about 3 hours time. They notified us when they arrived and before they left. Both the roof and gutters look amazing now, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone."

"Bob the gutter expert was right at home on this project even though the house is nearly 100 years old. They made sure everything was right, even after installation. I've already recommended them to a neighbor and will give them a call when I'm ready to replace my roof."

"Cleaned gutters on two story colonial and also gutters on addition and two car garage.  Several gutters were badly in need of cleaning/unclogging.  Also, Vince adjusted several downspouts, added support brackets, and repaired a few supports on gutters.  We are very pleased with the work."

"I was impressed with the promptness of the response to my assessment package bought from angies list and also surprised that no acual shingle or replacement work on the roof was recommended despite past leaks in the flat roof which was repaired==I was not. I was not aware the rear gutter was separating from the roof and the wood behind it was rotting.  i will probably replace the gutter as soon as I can get a second estimate.  McKay's estimate was $1500 to obtain a guttter that does not require periodic cleaning and $3200 to do all the gutters at the same time.

"Doug and his crew did an excellent job repairing my dry wall in my basement. They were all polite, courteous, professional, and arrived on time. They knew what they were doing. Their work was great and it showed because they care about doing the best possible quality of work possible. They asked for a reasonable and fair price for the work done. They did excellent work and definitely recommend them."

"It went well. The gutters are very clean. Following an inspection of the roof, they repaired some loose shingles and replaced some missing and damaged shingles and installed two boot collars."
