Casey the owner answered - said he'd come out later in the day. As good as his word, he came over that night, made a recommendation on a solution, and gave us an estimate. He was back the next morning and within a couple hours or so he had our roof fixed - total was pretty much in line with his estimate. Casey is a general handyman, and we've been so impressed with his work and his attitude that we've already talked to him about doing some landscaping and repair the water damage in a month or so. "The crew did an excellent job and were a great bunch of guys.  They were even kind enough to help me hang up a decoration on the front of the house before they left.  The process was delayed by almost 2 weeks due to weather and other issues.  Before I had even signed the contract to use them to replace the roof (which is the first service I used them for) they came out and looked at the places that were leaking and patched them up until the replacement could be done.  They worked in a neat and orderly fashion and cleaned up all of their mess.
