"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"I bought a $99 coupon for $200 worth of services. So bill would have been $425 without the coupon.
Walls was very responsive once I bought the coupon. Weather did delay the date of service but they came through and got it done before our first snow fall.
